In 2022, SYZYGY Global emerged as a standout at the Gold Coast Builders Association’s PRISM Awards, securing seven distinctions in construction, design, and marketing. This year, the momentum continued as the SYZYGY Global team clinched four additional gold and platinum awards for design, marketing collateral, and an innovative use of technology.
As the local affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), the GCBA annually evaluates hundreds of entries across various award categories. These awards commend the efforts of local builders, developers, architects, and marketing professionals in South Florida, highlighting achievements in both residential and commercial construction as well as innovative marketing and sales strategies.
For its outstanding design and construction, SYZYGY Global received a platinum PRISM award last year. This accolade recognized one of South Florida’s best residential remodeling projects: the renovation of a timeless rooftop pool area at a Delray Beach, FL estate.
The project skillfully transformed a frequently sun-drenched rooftop pool deck into a versatile all-weather relaxation area. By incorporating a 1,600-square-foot white alabaster adjustable louvered roof pergola, the homeowners enhanced their outdoor living space while seamlessly integrating the modern pergola with the home’s existing architecture. Additionally, the SYZYGY Global team secured a platinum marketing award for a 30-60 second video on their website that showcases this renovation.
In the Landscape Architecture & Design category, the SYZYGY Global team won a gold award for our collaboration with the Delray Garden Center on a project in the Lake Ida neighborhood.
For this collaborative project, the SYZYGY Global team crafted a dual-zone motorized louvered roof pergola, showcasing a tuxedo-style two-tone design. The black frame and columns, contrasted with pristine white louvers, added a modern flair. This pergola design perfectly complemented the landscape, which featured a flowing grass pool deck and a circular seating area around a backyard fire pit.

AI allowed us to cross-integrate communications between all of tools such as Kanban (for project planning and execution), Salesforce (a comprehensive CRM solution for managing client relationships), Company Cam (for visual documentation), Trello (for task management), Slack (for internal team communications), and Zapier (which ensures smooth integration between different platforms) ). The resulting ecosystem boosted client engagement, contributing to the industry-leading client satisfaction that the SYZYGY team prides itself on.
