The holiday season is a time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the people who make success possible. At SYZYGY Global, we believe in recognizing the dedication and hard work of our team, and this year’s holiday party was the perfect opportunity to do just that.
When looking for the perfect location to celebrate our team, we selected a local restaurant in the heart of our home office headquarters in downtown Delray Beach. Attendees—including employees, spouses, friends, and select partners—gathered at Amar Mediterranean Bistro in Delray Beach, a fitting choice for a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Located on the vibrant Atlantic Avenue, Amar is known for its authentic Mediterranean flavors and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant’s commitment to fresh ingredients and aromatic spices mirrors our own dedication to precision and excellence in outdoor living design.
The evening began with Amar’s signature small plates, meant to be shared among friends and colleagues. From freshly baked pita bread straight from their wood-burning oven to an array of mezze that captured the essence of the Levantine coast, every dish was a reminder that great things happen when you combine quality materials with expert craftsmanship.
The highlight of the evening came when Jack Kelly took center stage. As a nationally recognized illusionist and Season 11 winner of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Jack brought an energy and sense of wonder that captivated everyone in attendance. His modern approach to illusion magic and card tricks had our team members gasping, laughing, and questioning reality.
Jack’s interactive style meant that attendees weren’t just watching the show; they were part of it. Cards appeared in impossible places, predictions came true in ways that defied logic, and minds were thoroughly blown. It was the kind of entertainment that sparks conversations and creates lasting memories, which is exactly what we wanted for our team.

Since our founding in 2017 by Jason Herring and Julie Hawbaker, we’ve grown into a company that’s earned over 20 prestigious industry awards, including 15 PRISM Awards and 2 Viddy Awards in 2025 alone. We’ve developed custom AI and CRM systems, engineered hurricane-rated structures, and created outdoor living spaces for celebrity estates, prestigious country clubs, and luxury hotels throughout South Florida.
These achievements belong to our entire team, and the holiday party was our way of saying thank you.
