Christ Fellowship Church set out to create an outdoor gathering space that could welcome large groups for worship, fellowship, and community events throughout the year. The campus needed a structure that felt inviting, matched the surrounding architecture, and offered dependable comfort in Florida’s shifting weather.
SYZYGY Global designed a site-specific engineered R-Blade pergola that brings clean lines, durable aluminum construction, and concealed marine-grade stainless steel hardware to the space. The motorized dual-walled louvers adjust at the touch of a button or through automated sensors, giving the church effortless control over sunlight, shade, and rain. Fully extruded integrated gutters manage South Florida downpours while maintaining a refined, unobtrusive profile.
Installed without interrupting the church’s active schedule, the pergola immediately transformed an underused exterior area into a functional and welcoming community venue. Today, it serves as a flexible extension of the campus, supporting everything from weekly services to large seasonal events with comfort, beauty, and long-lasting performance.
