These awards are notoriously rigorous—every nominated project undergoes a detailed review, extensive vetting, and an in-person evaluation by multiple judges, each an expert in their field. Only the projects that meet absolute excellence are recognized.

Elmer’s award-winning installation at Broken Sound Country Club’s Golf Bays is a testament to his talent and technical command. This was no ordinary build. The project required flawless integration of SYZYGY Global’s design—clean lines, durable high-grade aluminum, dual-walled gapless louvers, fully extruded integrated gutters, and concealed marine-grade stainless steel hardware—engineered to perform at the highest level.
Elmer approached the structure the way an artist approaches a canvas: with clarity, intention, and complete devotion to the outcome. With an expert’s understanding of prefabricated aluminum systems, motorized louver technology, and field installation tolerances, Elmer executed this project with attention to detail. From precise layout and foundation alignment to the seamless assembly of the louvered roof and electrical integration, every component was handled with care, accuracy, and pride. The result is an extraordinary Golf Bay that not only fulfills the design vision but also elevates the Broken Sound experience for members and guests.
The structure blends perfectly into the luxurious surroundings of Broken Sound Country Club while also offering cutting-edge performance features—protection for high-end training equipment, climate adaptability, and compliance with Miami-Dade’s High Velocity Hurricane Zone standards.
